Privacy policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Absurdly Human LLC (“Absurdly Human”, “we”) is a company registered in Wyoming, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through absurdlyhuman.com, app.absurdlyhuman.com and pulse.absurdlyhuman.com, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: info@absurdlyhuman.com.
What we collect
Account information: the email address you sign in with (by email link or Google sign-in) and the organization name you enter.
Survey invitations and responses: when you run a toolkit, we store the invitations you create and the answers people submit. If you invite someone by email, we store their email address with the invitation so we can send it and show you whether it has been answered. If you share an anonymous link, no name or email is collected from the respondent.
Purchases: Stripe processes all payments. We receive the purchase details (product, amount, buyer email) but never your full card number.
Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
Usage inside the app: basic events such as sign-ins, toolkits opened, invitations sent and reports exported, so we can support you and improve the product.
Culture Check: if you request your report by email, we store your email address and your results to send it, and we may send you occasional related emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Browser storage: we save small preferences in your browser (for example your language or the toolkit you picked before signing in). We don't use advertising cookies.
How we use it
To provide the toolkits, show results to the account that ran the survey, send invitations and receipts, answer your messages, prevent abuse, and improve our products. We may use aggregated, de-identified data (for example, to check the statistical reliability of a survey). That data can't be traced back to a person or an organization.
Toolkit dashboards show results by team, not by person. The account that runs a survey does not see which person gave which answer.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with the providers that run our service: Google Firebase and Google Cloud (accounts and data storage), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery) and Google Workspace (our inbox). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
We may disclose information if the law requires it.
If you were invited to answer a survey
The organization that invited you is the one running the survey and decides how it uses the team results. If you want your response removed, contact that organization or write to us at info@absurdlyhuman.com with the link you received.
How long we keep it
We keep account and survey data while the account is active, and delete it when you ask us to, unless we need to keep some records to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by writing to info@absurdlyhuman.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we'll honor them.
Where data is stored
Our providers store data mainly in the United States. By using the service you understand your information may be processed there.
Children
Our services are for workplaces and are not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
