Toolkits

You can get a full refund if you ask within 72 hours of purchase and no invitations or survey links have been created for that toolkit yet.

Once the first invitation or link is created, the measurement is in use and the purchase is not refundable.

Adding users

The same rule applies: refundable within 72 hours if no new invitations or links were created after adding the users.

6-week program

The program is activated and delivered through the platform as soon as you pay, so it is not refundable.

Remote sessions

Cancellation and refund terms are included in each quote.

How to request a refund

Write to info@absurdlyhuman.com from the email you used to buy, and include your Stripe receipt. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank decides how long it takes to show up.

For some purchases Stripe acts as the merchant of record and may also issue refunds under its own policies. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
