What we offer

Online team diagnostics (“toolkits”), a 6-week dynamics program, free tools such as the Culture Check, and optional remote sessions quoted separately.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for what happens in it. Use an email you control and keep access to it secure.

Licenses and limits

Each toolkit purchase is a one-time license for one measurement of that toolkit, for up to the number of users included in the option you bought. You can add users later by paying the difference.

The 6-week program is charged per participant, with a minimum of 10.

Bundles include one measurement per toolkit and must be used within 12 months of purchase. Re-measurements are charged separately.

Payments

Prices are in US dollars and charged once (no subscriptions). Payments are processed by Stripe. For some digital purchases Stripe may act as the merchant of record, in which case Stripe's terms for that sale also apply and Stripe may handle taxes, receipts and disputes.

How you may use the toolkits

Use them lawfully and in good faith. If local law or your internal policies require it, inform your employees and obtain their consent before surveying them.

Don't try to identify people who answered anonymously, and don't retaliate against anyone because of a survey.

Don't use the results as the only basis for hiring, firing, promotion or disciplinary decisions.

Not professional advice

Our toolkits are workplace development tools. They are not medical, psychological, clinical or legal assessments, and they don't diagnose individuals. If someone shows signs of serious distress, refer them to a qualified professional.

Content and data

The surveys, reports, decks, case material and brand are ours and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use exported reports inside your organization (and with your clients, if you hold a Consultant License).

Your survey data belongs to you. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, and to use it in aggregated, de-identified form to improve our products.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may update features and these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
